1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

2. Do you have a physical store?

We are a UAE-based, home-owned business and currently sell exclusively through our online store.

3. Can I pick up my order?

Pickup is not available. However, we offer 4-hour delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM within the Dubai area. We also accept Careem Box pickups. For more details, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp using the button on the bottom left of our website.

4. Why doesn’t the graded card have a barcode in the images?

We use stock images to ensure high-quality visuals for our listings. Rest assured, all graded cards have unique serial numbers and barcodes.

5. Do you buy single cards or graded cards?

We currently do not buy single or graded cards. If we decide to offer bulk-buy options in the future, updates will be announced on our Instagram page: @nostalgiavault.ae.

6. Are all your products factory sealed?

Yes, all TCG products we sell are factory-sealed.

7. Are you a distributor?

We are not a distributor.

8. Do you offer card grading services?

Not at the moment, but we hope to offer this service in the future.

9. Can I return a product for a refund?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for our refund policy.

10. Do you accept trades for store credit?

We do not accept trades for store credit.

11. Do you sell Japanese TCG boxes?

We only sell English TCG products, which are available in parallel with their English release dates.

12. Do you buy Funko Pops?

We do not buy Funko Pops.

13. If I order a case, can I pay through Tabby?

For special orders, Tabby payments are not accepted. Full payment must be made via a payment link.

13. Can I reserve or hold items for purchase later?

Unfortunately, we do not offer reservations or holds on items. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness for all customers.
